Cover profile made of NBR for groove 8 – dustproof, shock-absorbing and flexible in its application

This cover profile made of NBR (nitrile rubber) is supplied as a 20 m long spool and is suitable for aluminium profiles with groove 8 – compatible with profiles in a 40 grid (e.g. suitable for ASPI and ASPB systems such as 40x40 or 40x80).

It reliably protects open grooves from dust, dirt, and chips, and also offers a slip-resistant and shock-absorbing surface. Ideal for applications with increased demands on sealing, damping, or media resistance – e.g., in assembly areas, laboratory environments, or food processing.

The flexible NBR material can be easily pressed into the groove and removed without leaving any residue if necessary. This makes the profile suitable for both temporary and permanent use on machine frames, racks, or workstation systems.
