Shipping Terms

Delivery area:
We ship exclusively to Austria and Germany.

Shipping costs:
For products by the manufacturer FATH, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 for orders up to and including €299.99. From an order value of €300, shipping is free of charge.
For products by the manufacturer ASP, flat shipping costs also apply. These are shown at checkout. Free shipping is not available for these products.

Delivery times:
Delivery takes place within 3–5 business days. Shipping takes place only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in Austria.

Shipping carrier:
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier, based on package size and destination.

Local pickup:
Local pickup is not available.

Partial deliveries:
If an order is shipped in multiple packages, we cover the additional shipping costs. You will incur no extra costs due to partial deliveries.

Tracking:
We do not yet offer automatic shipment tracking. However, you will be notified by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery restrictions:
Delivery to parcel lockers or PO boxes is not possible, as many of our products are oversized or bulky.

Special notes on ASP products:
All products by the manufacturer ASP are custom-cut to the customer's specifications. Returns or exchanges of these items are therefore excluded. Depending on length and size, these products are also often classified as bulky goods. The resulting shipping costs will be shown accordingly in the cart.
